This document describes a new LiDAR system that can achieve 3cm XYZ accuracy even at speeds up to 40km/hr, with lower costs than traditional LiDAR. It captures ultra high resolution data and can automatically extract features such as encroachment, as-built plans, hardware, and faults. This LiDAR is suitable for use on land, air, and water platforms for geospatial, aviation, and mapping professionals.
