So how are we different? We charge a set fee based on the work required The industry standard 1/3 of first-year compensation is expensive and illogical A set fee better aligns our interests with yours; we have no incentive to bid up a candidate’s compensation
So how are we different? We are totally transparent We’ll share our “off limits” list (every recruiter has one) so you can judge our ability to conduct the broadest possible search We know the industries we recruit for We don’t waste your time with inappropriate or unskilled candidates
So how are we different? We vet candidates with sophisticated testing instruments We’re trained in the use of the  Hogan Assessments , a research-validated tool with no legally proscribed bias. It gets inside a candidate to let you know what makes him or her tick The Hogan allows us to predict company “fit” as well as assess management skills
So how are we different? Our focus is quality not quantity   Our boutique approach means we handle no more than three assignments at a time   We’re always available to you for consultation and advice
