The Partner Sales Academy is a 12-month program, combining 13 to 15 weeks of in depth, on-
site professional and technical development with nine months of mentoring and on-the-job
training.
Trained to manage and cultivate customer accounts while collaborating with engineers to provide
technical solutions.
This position offers a full year of training to prepare you for managing and cultivating customer
accounts as well as the opportunity to obtain certifications that will further a sales career in the
high-tech industry. Selling Business Outcomes (SBO), Advanced Security Architecture for
Account Managers (ASAAM), Cisco Data Centre Storage Networking Solution Sales Specialist
(DCNSS), Advanced Collaboration Architecture Sales Specialist (PSACAS), Cisco Data Center
Unified Computing Sales Specialist (PSDCUCAM), Advanced Enterprise Networks
Architecture Specialization (AENAS)
In addition, the candidate will be able to work effectively with an extended team to develop
customized sales solutions for customers. Partner Associate Sales Representatives must be able
to articulate the unique business value of the Partner Company to both existing customers and
key prospects, while developing solutions that meet evolving customer challenges and needs in a
competitive market.
During the first three months of the program, P-ASRs will expand their sales and business
acumen, increase their technical knowledge, and develop executive presentation skills, as well as
learn about Cisco architectures, solutions, products, and competitors.
