Caching of the site, which means faster load times for pages
Caching of the booking process, again much improving the load times
One of our main selling points, and something that sets us apart from competition, is our editor embedded in the software.
No more multiple tabs open refreshing like mad! Can view your changes as you make them (still need to give it a save)
What you had designed, was what you had to live with before, but no more!
We’re shipping by default with a number of layouts to choose from, with views to make them completely custom in the future. If you’ve got an existing design with us, for a small amount of development the upgrade should be minor

So really something that is important to us... Is the booking journey. There have been big improvements since the old version and I’d like to walk you through these now.
There is still some work here, to modernise, but overall I hope you like what you see

Something heavily requested in the old system, and we were unfortunately technically constrained...
But now we have a very good framework for delivering informative system snapshots for you... Currently we’ve got memberships implemented here so you can see exactly what the state of play is.

Somewhere we’ve always lacked and due to the significant demand, we introduce handling of VAT and Synchronisation with XERO our chosen accounting partner.
Your customers will be sent to XERO
You’ll be able to raise invoices automatically in Xero when bookings are made, and their payment status updated between systems
Your products can all be associated to different accounting ledgers
Prices for XERO start from £20 a month if you’re doing more than 5 invoices a month
Coming as part of this, is a basic invoicing system built into BookingLive, with a reduced set of features compared to Xero. The good news? You can enable XERO when you want and have a seamless switchover.
