Executive Summary

                    Bogdan Manea – Applicant for MCVP Corporate Development

                                                     AIESEC Romania 2013-2014



I will begin the executive summary with the reason I’m applying as MCVP.

Dear AIESEC Romania,

In my short AIESEC experience I have seen you go into many directions, often
times confused, but recently you are more aware of what you are as an organism
and which path you should take. I have seen your beauty in the morning, your
moments of happiness and anger during the day and your wild side at night. I
have to say that right now I’m in love with you.

I see where you should go next, how to do that and how you can become
enormously important in Romania and what a beacon of hope and development
you can be to this country’s youth.



My strategy for the next term is pretty simple:

EDUCATION, MARKET SEGMENTS APPROACH AND INFRASTRUCTURE TO DELIVER
RESULTS. We have no excuse this year to not grow at an amazing rate because
there has been so much consolidation before.

#Education delivered by the MCVP, NST and Alumni through Webinars, Regional
Conferences, LC visits and LCVP live meetings.

#Market segmentation will be achieved through branding of sub programs (IT &
ET mainly) and market penetration.

#Infrastructure with raising and matching responsibles, NST members and
national projectizing of sub programs.
