Created multiple patient lab data reports with SSRS, that are linked to each other, which display a history of
patient lab data results. With these reports providers can quickly identify irregular results and different patterns
throughout the patient’s lab data results history.
Provider Reports:
Created reports that help track pertinent patient data and results of each provider. With these reports it can be
determined whether the provider has reviewed the pertinent patient data and results and have signed-off on them
correctly.
Nextgen Templates:
Maintained, managed, optimized, and developed many different Nextgen templates. Developed and improved
templates to be more user friendly, easier to maintain, and optimized for better function.
