I perform a variety of Excel data management, technical writing, editing and/or statistical analysis from my home
office for private clients.
Business Intelligence Analyst – XFI Corporation July 2014 – Sept 2015
Performed routine and ad hoc business reporting for clients as well as internal needs for a small software company. Our
main clients were within health and auto industries. I analyzed and/or reported both financial and sales data for our
clients and provided additional related customer support. Source data was gathered from our software or SQL scripts,
merged and analyzed in excel and then presented in excel, PowerPoint and pdf formats. Other duties included QC/Audits
of data integrity, SOP writing and maintenance, target mapping and management of ETL specification documentation. I
also performed basic data modeling tasks, created Google fusion tables and maps, programmed basic excel macros in
VBA, performed and documented software testing, and engaged in data mining.
Lead Resident Aide - Clare Bridge of Ithaca 2012-2013
Assisted senior citizens with various dementia diagnoses with activities of daily living and other basic health needs,
including medication distribution. Took position to fulfill patient care prerequisite for physician assistant program.

Graduate Researcher - Smith lab of Neurobiology of Learning and Memory 2007-2012
Conducted neurobiological memory research with rats on a systems and cellular level. Performed standardized rodent
brain surgeries and other histological and medical procedures frequently used SPSS, MATLAB, JMP and excel for
managing and analyzing data and performing statistical tests. PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator were used for academic
presentation and poster production respectively. Oversaw undergraduate student researchers and their projects.
