Output: Development of Rules and Regulations for Managing a Community Development
Committee. A governing document/manual to operationalize a community Development
Committee within a set rules and operating procedures and guidelines. Further conduct training for
Village Development Workers to promote sustainable development in PNG village settings.

Core Functions: Provide local business advice to local land owner companies, undertaking business
capacity assessments, development of proposals for landowner companies in Hides, Angore, Juha,
Moran, Komo and Tari areas of the Hela Region; Developing cash flows and business and social

assessments, mobilizations and development of community plans for each development projects in

including Gender Dimensions of HIV/AIDS, Greater support for People Living With HIV/AIDS and
