Output: Development of Rules and Regulations for Managing a Community Development
Committee. A governing document/manual to operationalize a community Development
Committee within a set rules and operating procedures and guidelines. Further conduct training for
Village Development Workers to promote sustainable development in PNG village settings.

including Gender Dimensions of HIV/AIDS, Greater support for People Living With HIV/AIDS and
