3. What is Reflexology?
â—Ź Reflexology: also known as zone therapy,
is an alternative medicine involving
application of pressure to the feet & hand
techniques without the use of oil or lotion.
â—Ź It is based on a pseudoscientific system of
zones & reflex areas that purportedly
reflect an image of the body on the feet &
hands, with the premise that such work
effects a physical change to the body.

Massage (Auricular Massage)
â—Ź Ear Reflexology/Acupressure Massage
(Auricular Massage): The most common
form of reflexology is on the feet,
blockages can be felt on this type of
reflexology.

ears, which also map the body, though is
less likely for blockages to be felt when
using these methods.
