● What is this?This is a bacteria that is
actually good for us.
● This shows up in the intestinal tracts,
vagina and mouth.
● We are not born with this. As we grow up
& eat food, this and other bacteria grows
in our bodies.
● This is friendly bacteria.
● Botanical Name: Lactobacillus
acidophilus

8. Astragalus
● This is a member of the pea family whose
name comes from an ancient greek word
meaning “ankle bone”.
● Those bones were once used as dice, &
it's thought that the name originated
because of rattling sea pods or the
Mediterranean variety of the plant that
sounded like rolling dice.
● It helps the body return to normal
functioning.

9. Astragalus
● This is considered a healing herb to some
& some elderly folks use this as part of
their diet.
● This is food nourishment for immune
system.
● This can shorten duration of colds.
● It is also been known to be used for
shortness of breath, weakness, night
sweats,respiratory diseases, on going
diarrhea..

● This is also used for rectal prolapse, boils
& sores and other maladies.
● It also help user cope with physical and
emotional stress.
● Helps with not getting sick over stress.
● This is also used for cancer patients, for
those who believe in fu-zeng therapy &
possibly has been known to strengthen
natural defense mechanisms.

● Astragalaus has been known to restore
immune system functioning after cancer
treatments, sometimes back to health
status.
● It seems to contain a potent immune
stimulant.
● It is a herb that supports the immune
system.
● It seems to influence the bone marrow
where immune cells are manufactured.

● It seems to make cells thicker, so viruses
have a hard time getting in.
● It is also used for feeling run down,
stressed or poor appetites, or can't get rid
of colds.
● It is also used for a diuretic effect & cuts
down on trips to bathroom.
● It can increase urination & clean out
urinary tract. Seems to normalize it.

● Another name for Astragalus is Huang-qi.
● It is found in capsules or tea.

● A condition in which the heart beats with
an irregular or abnormal rhythm.
● Some forms are commonly called heart
palpitations by the general population.
● Although certain dietary supplements can
be of benefit, others can make it worse.

17. Fish Oil for Arrhythmia
● Fish oils: may reduce ventricular
arrhythmia and atrial arrhythmia (most
commonly presented as atrial fibrillation).
● Fish oils and omega-3 fatty acids: have
been studied for heart arrhythmia more
than any other natural supplements.
● Fish oils: stabilize cardiac cell
membranes.

can go with Arrhythmia
● COQ10 for Arrhythmia
● COQ10 seems to provide energy to the muscle cells
of the heart, which can be of great benefit to the

● The extract of hawthorn can increase blood flow to the
heart muscle itself, helping to counteract one of the most
common modern causes of death —heart attack due to
lack of blood flow to the heart.
● In pharmacological tests on both animals & humans,
hawthorn has been shown to improve the contractility of
the heart muscle (which can lead to a stronger pumping
action of the heart), increase cardiac performance &
output, lower the peripheral vascular resistance
(reducing the workload of the heart), steady the
heartbeat (antiarrhythmic effect), as well as increasing
the heart’s tolerance to oxygen deficiency, such as might
happen during stress or excitement, or in diseases
where the arteries are partially blocked.

or chest pain.

● Vitamin B6: reduces levels of markers of
inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis.
● Vitamin: C helps build connective tissue
● Vitamin D: helps your bones absorb calcium,
which is vital to bone health.
● Vitamin D: It's also crucial for muscle
movement, communication between nerves,
fighting inflammation.
● vitamin D: deficiency is common in people with
rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and may be linked to
musculoskeletal pain.

● RA can be associated with different types of anemia, including
anemia of chronic inflammation & iron deficiency anemia.

with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) may result from inflammation,
