● What is this?This is a bacteria that is
actually good for us.
● This shows up in the intestinal tracts,
vagina and mouth.
● We are not born with this. As we grow up
& eat food, this and other bacteria grows
in our bodies.
● This is friendly bacteria.
● Botanical Name: Lactobacillus
acidophilus

● This is a member of the pea family whose
name comes from an ancient greek word
meaning “ankle bone”.
● Those bones were once used as dice, &
it's thought that the name originated
because of rattling sea pods or the
Mediterranean variety of the plant that
sounded like rolling dice.
● It helps the body return to normal
functioning.

● This is considered a healing herb to some
& some elderly folks use this as part of
their diet.
● This is food nourishment for immune
system.
● This can shorten duration of colds.
● It is also been known to be used for
shortness of breath, weakness, night
