• When needing to gain height to complete a task use the correct
equipment. Always use a stepladder for overhead tasks. Chairs
and stools should never be used as ladders.

Reminder - When Using a Stepladder Follow these Rules:
• Use right height/type ladder for the job
• Inspect it first, check for: cracks, secure rungs, grip on rungs
• Spreaders fully extended and locked on stepladders
• Do not use a stepladder like you would a straight ladder
• 3 Points of Contact going up/down – Face ladder
• NEVER stand on the top two steps of a stepladder
• Do not exceed weight rating, only one on the ladder
