Statement of Purpose yang berisi essai singkat tentang target
penelitian jika bergabung dengan KFUPM.
Sertifikat bahasa Inggris.
S2 minimum TOEFL 520 (PBT), 190 (CBT), 68 (IBT), atau IELTS 6.0.
S3 minimum TOEFL 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT), 79 (IBT), atau IELTS 6.5.
