Technical Controller lead for troubleshooting Marine Corps C4I systems on board the SS Curtiss.
LIAISON: Directed and Supervised the first integration of Marine Logistics Group C2/C4 systems integration into Naval Automated Digital Network Systems
(ADNS) on board the SS Curtiss. Acted as lead for training and operation of C4/C2 systems on board the SS Curtiss which involved coordinated training
with contractors and supporting companies.
SYSTEMS TROUBLESHOOTING: Supervised troubleshooting of Wide Area Network link installations, VOICE networks, Satellite Communications, and
system monitoring tools during 7 exercises and 4 training events. Proficient in logical and methodical troubleshooting methods that encompass multiple
systems over various distances. Proficient in current encryption and network topologies used throughout the operating forces.
TRAINING: Well versed in Joint Communications Simulation Systems software instructed by DISA for the purpose of implementing network modeling and
planning into Marine Air Ground Task Force Communications planning. Developed curriculum for recurring quarterly communications training that would
take place internal to the Command.
KEY PROJECTS: Planned and Commissioned persistent DISA lease line, colorless core (Black Core) routing network connection with Camp Roberts, CA to

TESTING: Supported Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA)with troubleshooting and technical suggestions to accomplish IV&V testing
of Joint Enhanced Core Communications System (JECCS) block two for its new Information Assurance upgrades as well as the Transition Switch Module
(TSM) Joint Interoperability Test(JIT), (JECCS) System Integration Test (SIT), and TSM Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) SIT. Supported the Defense
Interoperability Communications Exercise (DICE) and Joint User Interoperability Communications Exercise (JUICE). Completed the integration of upgrades
on the JECCS vehicle.
TECHNICAL LIAISON: Collaborated onsite with SAIC and SPAWAR in testing Digital Technical Control DTC 4.0 during construction at their factory. While at
MCTSSA I routinely worked with TSO's and Test directors to identify their needs and transform them into a technical solution utilizing optimal equipment
configurations to ensure that their detailed specification were met resulting in the highest quality solution. Assisted Marine Corps Systems Command Project
Office with JECCS and DTC with testing of new Engineering ChangeProposals (ECP) and test recommendations. Proficient at establishing hardware

DITS systems. This support was provide both over the phone and onsite if necesssary.
SYSTEMS ANALYST: Provided technical planning and support to Common Aviation Command and Control System (CAC2S) developmental testing.
Providing input and technical expertise to the Combat Operations Center (COC) program for developmental test planning that would closely mirror current
operating force uses. Robust knowledge of how to apply the needs of current operating forces to that of required evaluation and testing procedures, that are
necessary for support and system development.
KEY PROJECTS: Successfully planned and established network and interconnectivity architecture for 14 local, and Department of Defense-level test
events. Services included multiplexing, integration of data and voice architecture, encryption, transmissions via ground-based and telecommunications,
radio, and satellite links, and information assurance compliance. Technical supervision of the full system fielding of new C4/C2 systems aboard MCTSSA.
Collaborated in creating IP configuration and software baselines for several systems.

ENGINEERING: Engineered and supervised the relocation and complete collapse of the Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan Tactical Technical Control Facility
to include the commercial networking systems supporting the facility, the (2) Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Standard Tactical Entry Point
(STEP) links and (7) line-of-site radio links. The new facility optimized bandwidth for Command and Control operations for forces in Helmand Province.
LIAISON: On-call Subject Matter Expert to lead contact teams to outlying Forward Operating Bases and perform
systematic troubleshooting, network repair and optimization. Provided critical support to 11,13 &15th Marine Expeditionary Unit for their AN/TSQ-
227(JECCS) in the form of training, network optimization and maintenance, thereby improving their ability to provide support for the MEU's staff.
TROUBLESHOOTING: Assisted MCTSSA personnel with testing and maintenance on AN/TSQ-227 for the upcoming test events. Planned, installed,
operated, and maintained a technical control facility for MEF level communication exercise, three Company level exercises, and one Battalion level
exercise. This facility coordinated and documented troubleshooting of all C4 and C2 systems in the network.
TESTING: Designed, supervised and implemented the first ever deployed technical control maintenance facility with the ability to perform second echelon
and limited third echelon maintenance for all Marine technical control sections supported throughout the entire Helmand Province, Afghanistan area of
operations. This facility was also able to recreate equipment strings for testing and to plan for network outages and contingencies.
