1. As the new Parks Permit Supervisor, I've had the privilege of working with Bee Ling for about
10 weeks now. In that time, she has made quite the impression on me. From my first day on the
job, she has displayed a level of initiative you would expect in a top performer. Her attitude is
sterling and work ethic amazing - and she has a knack for getting needed things done before you
even ask.
She is highly intelligent, knowledgeable and virtually self-taught with regard to our parks
system, and is a burst of sunshine in the office environment. Her work is of the highest level -
she can juggle multiple projects and deadlines, takes direction and feedback extremely well, is
also willing to teach others, is incredibly patient, and truly a supervisor's dream employee.
You can rest assured that she will work diligently to acquire the specific knowledge she needs to
be successful as your new Staff Assistant. I find myself frequently selecting her as the "go to"
person on our team for a variety of projects.
If I can answer any specific questions or provide any highlights of her efforts which I've
observed since being here, please don't hesitate to call me. I wish her the very best in this
interview process, and would certainly hate to lose her on this team; however, you seem to
always lose your superstars because they are so good!
I appreciate you seriously considering her for this position - you will be glad you did!
Kind Regards,
Kris Wilson, M.Ed., CPRE
