but never applied for graduation (thus not included
in last mile data) & offer assistance and flexibility
toward their degree completion.
Goingforward, we will put systems in place to
prevent the “stop out” before it happens.

Increase our graduating class
Rekindle the relationship with these students and gain
information on their reasons for stopping school
TheSchool of Business currently has 320 students who
have been admitted to the SBA, completed 165+ credits
and then stopped taking classes since 1995 but have not
graduated.
Putthe knowledge we gain into practice, change how we
reach out to students who “stop out” going forward
4. Implementation
Fund a part time advisor for two terms to reach out
to identified students utilizing LinkedIn and
Facebook and other social networking platforms as
well as email, phone & mail.
Createa recurring report of students who are
admitted to the SBA, within one year of graduation
and taken two terms off. Professional advisors will
reach out to students on this list every term going
forward to help prevent these students from
dropping out.
