I discovered that HIV and AIDS is the highest killing machine of our time. silently reducing world population. many countries don't want to talk about HIV, some religious countries felt that HIV is a taboo and should not be talked about in any case. so they ignore the myths and the truth about HIV and is killing their citizen gradually, spreading drastically. HIV/ AIDS IS REAL AND THAT IS THE TRUTH.

 As a public health consultant, so many things need to be considered in
dealing with this disease among Africa nations.
