L4 IMPROVEMENT PRACTITIONER Excellent for: • Managers needing to solve complex problems or lead others to do so • Technical specialists developing problem solving and statistical analysis skills • Potential Black Belts (Improvement Specialists) I don’t normally recommend the Improvement Technician as it is quite similar but the funding is much lower so the group sizes need to be larger Only learners with STEM degrees, or significant experience with statistics should start on the Improvement Specialist without first completing the Practitioner
