• Videoconferencing is a well-known facility, used
in business and now increasingly in education, for
bringing together – synchronously, visually,
aurally – parties otherwise separated
geographically
• Globally, 46 percent of companies feel a need to
share critical business information with partners,
including suppliers and consultants CIO blog
• Very few application gives the feature of Shared
Drawing board & Video Conferencing together.
• Changing work patterns and globalization demands
such tools
• Current Solutions are very expensive
• Current Video Conferencing tools are difficult to
setup

• Providing inexpensive solution for
collaborative productive meetings
• Will be one its kind online presentation
and meet up tool
• Good chances to become leading online
conferencing tool
• Making online collaboration more
interactive and beneficial for (
companies, students and creative workers )

• All the professional activities of students can be kept
track of, and proper estimate of the skills acquired by a
particular student can be made.
• In addition to that proper certificates and grades for a
particular activity can be generated and the score can be
added to the profile of that particular student. on the
basis of all these scores and results a PGPA(professional
grade point average can be calculated and
presented/mentioned on the transcript of the student
along with his academic CGPA)
• Even if a student has shown bad performance in
professional events , that can be recorded as well
• Students who participated into events like literacy
writing , debating , data management , can also be
recorded,
