It’s really easy for clients to focus on their goals rather than the goals of their users. While we’re focusing on identifying goals for the site, remember that the end user’s goals are the most important consideration. If a user arrives at a website and they are forced to stumble through someone else’s goals rather than being able to find what they are looking for – well, you just lost that user. So how do you get started?
