 Given 1800 strategic shift to Ultrasafe division from low cost GP driven
towards profit orientation due to which first time in the history of Galenic,

helped in sharpening skills of our sales team and enhances the ability to
perform well in the competitive market.

the division by strengthening the portfolio with the launch of first of its kind
formulation in Indian market.
 Launched Alphadopa 500 the first of its kind in Indian for pregnancy induced
hypertension which increases the Brand Profitability by 4 times and act as a
back bone for 100% achievement of the division.
 Launched CC74 the first coral calcium with RDA recommended calcium in
Indian market which crosses 50 Lacs per month in the first 6 months of Launch
 Revamped the strategy of Mef Proxyvon for better focus and prescription
penetration in General Practitioners
 Revamped the strategy of Hygin from a medicated vaginal wash to daily usage
cosmetic product which help to gain both the prescription as well as OTC pull
for the brand.

 Alembic Star achiever of 2011-12, honored at Grand Hyatt, Dubai.
 Launched Ovigyn D the first brand of Dehydroepiandrosterone 25mg at pan
India in subordination with marketing manager, which became the brand of
Rs. 4 Cr in first year of launch and subsequently created a new category in the
treatment of infertility.
 Revamped the positioning and segmentation of Gestofit the flagship brand of
Zenovi which resulted in a growth of 16% in sale.
 Was an active participant in the brain child of Gestofit SR the 1st sustain
release micronized progesterone in Indian market which became the biggest
blockbuster in Progesteron and created its own segment of Sustained release
Natural Micronised Progesteron.
 Richar XT group crosses Rs.7.5 Cr mark becoming 6th biggest brand & 3rd
highly prescribe ferrous ascorbate brand by gynecologist with Richar XT
injection crosses a mark of Rs.2 Cr.
 Conceptualize Richar CR the first controlled release Ferrous Ascorbate in
Indian market which will be devoid of side effects of hematinic with the
advantage of higher patient compliance. Richar CR is the brand of 12 Cr
within 3 years of its launch
 Launched Vehycal the first brand of calcium in Mint flavor which help in
doubling the prescription from doctors due to increase in patient compliance.
 Vehycal shows highest growth in Zenovi’s overall portfolio backed by
specially crafted campaign and support, crosses a mark of 3 Cr.
 Folinal group which was de-growing became a growing brand with a strategic
shift towards Folinal plus as a driving factor which has given a growth of
70%.
 Cycloset syrup the flagship brand of our division shows 17% growth with
value of Rs.7 Cr due to revamping the over all marketing and promotional
strategies.
 Reshape the Marketing of Lactonic which then became the the No.1 brand of
natural Galactogague shows a growth of 11% against market which is
stagnant.
 Successfully monitoring 300 P3 camps & 150 Hb detection camp per month
as a back up strategy to increase prescription of my Portfolio.
 Actively involve in sales training program and all the other meeting to get
well acquaint with sales team which was really helpful for me to achieve my
brand wise target month after month

 Launched Laxose the brand of Lactulose solution to gynecologist which then
became the brand showing highest prescription growth in Gynecology as per
C-MARC and 7th biggest brand in Indian market as per ORG.
 Launched Vomiset the brand of Ondansetrone to gynecologist which then
brings a new success story for Vomiset tablet and injectables.
 Launched Vomiset 10ml Vial a line extension in Vomiset group targeting
surgeons and maternity hospitals filling the line gap for Vomiset.
 Vomiset group shows a growth of 22%.
 In pediatric segment Colistop grows by 38% Vs to market which shows growth
of only 2 %. Colistop became the third biggest brand as per ORG 2009.
 Successfully launches Jusgo tablets in pain management portfolio due to which
over all Jusgo basket get a beneficial growth of 12 %.
 Launched Jusgo Gel & Spray in gynecology, which was very well accepted.
 Very well crafted campaign and strategies with low promotional inputs so as to
boost my field force confidence and involve them in doctors chamber

 Lafix my brand of cefixime crosses 3.5 crore value in 2007 due to specially
crafted & scientifically design Lafix campaign , strictly monitored seasonal
fruit activity, the economic campaign , the laugh campaign,
 Launched Hepacef a hepatoprotector to pediatrics as an appetite booster
extending the scope of prescription thus increases the prescriber base and
prescription.

Professional Acheivements  Alembic Star achiever of 2011-12, honored at Grand Hyatt, Dubai.  Launched Ovigyn D the first brand of Dehydroepiandrosterone 25mg at pan India in subordination with marketing manager, which became the brand of Rs. 4 Cr in first year of launch and subsequently created a new category in the treatment of infertility.  Revamped the positioning and segmentation of Gestofit the flagship brand of Zenovi which resulted in a growth of 16% in sale.  Was an active participant in the brain child of Gestofit SR the 1st sustain release micronized progesterone in Indian market which became the biggest blockbuster in Progesteron and created its own segment of Sustained release Natural Micronised Progesteron.  Richar XT group crosses Rs.7.5 Cr mark becoming 6th biggest brand & 3rd highly prescribe ferrous ascorbate brand by gynecologist with Richar XT injection crosses a mark of Rs.2 Cr.  Conceptualize Richar CR the first controlled release Ferrous Ascorbate in Indian market which will be devoid of side effects of hematinic with the advantage of higher patient compliance. Richar CR is the brand of 12 Cr within 3 years of its launch  Launched Vehycal the first brand of calcium in Mint flavor which help in doubling the prescription from doctors due to increase in patient compliance.  Vehycal shows highest growth in Zenovi’s overall portfolio backed by specially crafted campaign and support, crosses a mark of 3 Cr.  Folinal group which was de-growing became a growing brand with a strategic shift towards Folinal plus as a driving factor which has given a growth of 70%.
