4. Make Detail all cod Amount & Handover to Cms Team.
5. Fill all trackers like performance Tracker, & Daily vehicle KM Tracker.
6. After this process we have to making Self audit report & forward to Area Manager & regional Manager.
7. Making the Daily Executive report & Daily delivery Report, daily vehicle report Total summery report &
forward to Hod & Area Manager.

TEAM LEADER of the Logistics Team in karolbagh Warehouse.
TEAM LEADER
1.In our daily morning briefing with all the delivery associates for the better personalities and well
grooming and better communication with all the customer's and remain Our Delivery Process and
Company Vision & Mission and also how to be handled to the customer according to the situation.
2. Before the delivery dispatch in the morning on daily basis making the better route plan area wise report
and filtered all the customer deliveries with the proper customer address and phone number then handed
over to the Delivery Associates.
3. After the Route plan making the Pickup Report and circulate to HOD /Our hub Team on daily basis.
4. After all route cleared & all pickup out for pickup then we have to do misroute & making Rto &
forwarded to Mother hub _Ran.
5. After this process we have to done pending Reconciliation making report of pending reconciliation &
forward to Area Manager & regional Manager.
6. Fill all trackers like Byod Tracker, Van productivity Tracker & Daily vehicle KM Tracker.
7. During the Delivery Time touch with the Delivery associates and take follow-up with them. Once
Delivery Has done at the customer place then change the status in Byod and also updated in Customer
Delivery Tracker Report. Finally Delivery Tracker Circulate to the HOD Team on daily basis in the
evening.
8. On daily basis need to be resolve delivery related complained from the customer side & Hub side.
9. Proper maintain the Customer feedback report on daily basis /weekly basis and take the mystery audit
about our delivery associates during the Happy Calling with the Customer's.
10. As per the delivery process all the customer delivery are to be completed at the customer place on
given promises time (SLA) to the customer . If any issue / Delay from our side like that " Vehicle
Breakdown / Vehicle No Entry or any other incident "Immediately inform to CC team as well as informed
to customer.
11. Making the planning for better dispatch from the DC to Other far store & Customer home deliveries.
12. In Eod the process we make RVP & pickup & forward to mother Hub _Ran.
13. after this making report of done RVP & PICKUP & forward to HOD & concern team.
14. Making prepaid Calling report & NDD delivery Report.
15. Making the Daily Executive report & Daily delivery Report, Pos report, daily vehicle report Total
summery report & forward to Hod & Area Manager.
16. Make the Order Cancellation Report from the SAP and circulate to the Warehouse Team and Zonal
Team.
3. 17. As per the route plan exact No of Vehicle Placement requirement given to the Transport Vendor In the
Morning.
18. Daily analysis Transportation cost budget V/s Actual and report flash to the reporting manager
19. As per the customer wish order cancelled by the customer at time of the delivery as like " Other
Product Required / Defective / Dented found at the time of the delivery / Wrong Product order by the
customer / Product Mismatch / Customer Wants the Delivery In Another Day / Wrong Address Mentioned
on Invoice / Bajaj Finance Case / Delivery Delayed Due to Customer Not Available at the Residence
update the reason in Cancellation report same circulate to the Reporting Manager.
