Educational Qualification:

PROFESSIONAL STRENGTH:
 Implement policies, standards and procedures for the MEP related works.
 Follow-up with design consultant for release of engineering drawings for computation of scope
of work and work fronts to be activated.
 Review all services drawings and provide information on any shortfalls or improvement

 Initiation of material indents as per specification and BOQ and follow up for procurement.
 Reconciliation of material issued for the execution.
 Implement all quality related issues as per manual.

Kasa Isles, Jaypee Greens, Wish Township, Noida (High Rise Residential Building Project).

2. Kasa Isles is the Residential Building project which consist 15 high rise (29 floors,1926 units ) towers
with 1 substations 2 pump rooms along with external area development.
 MEP Services Monitoring.(Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system)
 Electrical Installation which includes cable tray fixing, conduit laying (slab/wall), wiring, light
fixture installation, cable laying, gland termination, LT panel installation testing and
commissioning, system earthing.
 Review and verification of Services drawing.
 Monitoring regular work progress with reports towards meeting the project deliverables
 Monitoring project resource and manpower requirements and organizing weekly review
meetings with follow up MOM (Minutes of Meeting) reports
 Verification of bill of materials as per drawing/contract.
 Supervision & execution of work of Erection Contracts and regular follow up.
 Keep track of all MEP related issues, root causes, and corrective actions recommended /
taken to ensure closure in a timely manner
 Co-ordination with all the vendors for material quality and on time delivery.
 Planning and scheduling project timelines in close coordination with the PMC and vendors
 Ensuring the project implementation is as per the requirements and GFC (Good For
Construction) drawings
 Presenting reports defining project progress, discussions with vendors and seniors for problem
resolutions.
 Review and approve the monthly bills of the contractors.
 Monitoring and guiding contractors at site for smooth work progress.
2. Field Engineer - Electrical, Gannon Dunkerely & Co. Ltd., (Nov. 2006 to Nov. 2012)
Talwandi Sabo Power Plant – Mansa, Panjab & Indira Gandhi Power Plant, Jhajjar, Haryana.
Talwandi Sabo Power Limited is consist of 3*660 MW Super Critical Thermal Power Plant is situated
at Banawali, Dist. Mansa, Punjab. And Indira Gandhi Power Plant is consist of 2*660 MW Super
Critical Thermal Power Plant is Situated at near Jharli Railway Station, Dist. – Jhajjar, Haryana. With
Construction Network Power Supply and Preventive Maintenance works.
 Supervise and monitor the contractors and Sub-Contractors on site.
 Co-ordination with all system wide contractors which includes Electrical along with Civil
contractors.
 Power system installation testing and commissioning which includes Switchyards, TG,
Transfer Tower, CHP, Fabrication Yard, RMC Plant and cooling towers.
 Ventilation system installation testing and commissioning.
 Executing all external works which includes Street lighting and Area Lighting.
 Organizing meetings with Upper Management and Contractors on weekly basis for reviewing
progress and setting targets for the next week.
 Review and approve the monthly bills of the contractors.
 Review variation request and coordinate with the procurement department for necessary
action.
 Seek and review the following document to be generated by the contractor: Shop Drawing,
Material Submittals and Method Statements.
 Conducting snag identification activities with contractors and preparing plans for timely
handover of the project on time.
