M/s. Vasundhara Sarovar Premiere Resort – As Chief Engineer O&M.
 Primary responsibility is to ensure smooth operation of Plant and Machines, Equipments &
Guest Rooms.
 Ensure the upkeep of guest and service areas to maintain them in proper working order and
appearance.
 Operating the department within the specified budget & monitoring the energy, fuel & water
consumption on a daily basis. Planning & Implementing energy conservation activities,
recently installed Power savers for Lighting, water body motors and Laundry Machines and
had saved up to 350 units a day, will be installing for HVAC load in the upcoming months and
will further reduce the energy consumption.
 Develop, implement & maintain preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs
for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, mechanical equipment, building systems, etc.
according to Corporate and Resort standards.
 Training the associates in various topics related to Operation and Maintenance of machines
and equipments, Guest interaction, grooming, etc..
 Ensuring Safety & security systems are performing to the standards of the organization &
conducting monthly mock drills & trial testing methods.
