Editor's Notes
Good Morning! I hope everyone is doing good. I want everyone to look at the person next to you, introduce yourself, shake hands. Just wanted it make it less awkward for everyone, plus I love a mic make people listen to you. Now, allow me to introduce myself, I am Ashley Tutera the Customer Service Assessment Coordinator for the Arizona Student Unions at the University of Arizona. My job is to run the Tell Us! Program to gain customer feedback because our motto is “The Unions care about what you think!” Really quick, stand up if you are tired, what about if you are hungry, and how about if you are excited to be at ACUI??? Thank you, hopefully that woke everyone up a bit. What I just did was get your feedback! Now I know that you all are tired and hungry and with that information I can change what I am doing to become more appealing to listen too. Your Unions’ are capable of doing the exact same thing! To see one of the basic ways to get this started, everyone take out their phone and scan the QR code on the screen. Please do not actually fill it out because then I will go to me and I will have a heart attack when I get back in the office on Monday and see I have 100+ comments. This is our customer service experience survey which is mainly geared towards our restaurants. I will not go through the questions, but you can come to this site, union.arizona.edu/tellus at any time to see the questions we ask. It is best to gear your questions towards the specific information your Union cares about.
