Resources, because of their superior social skills. The women have the freshness
and liveliness that is required in the boardrooms. When a woman is in a boardroom
she makes sure that everyone is given a chance to speak, she maintains the
calmness and she brings out the objectivity so that there no work done in a haste
and she follows rules and assures that the others follow them as well.
Women are more aware about the human nature due to the fact that she socializes
and knows how to go about in the society, with and without harsh comments.
Women are idealistic and they always give it their best shot to reach the right
solution.

are not given chance to get the role of a leader because Leadership is thought to
be by the man for the men, that is because of the fact that men were the first in
the field and this is the only field of work where they have held their selves and
failed to acknowledge the work of the women who are working there.
Many models of work have come up since the 30’s, but the most prominent and
most helpful model is the transformational model, which was seen to be effective

It is very clear that the women leaders are active in the people sphere’s, where as
men are in the strategic area. There are two types of leaders the distant leaders
who have a strong sense of mission and goals, which they want to, achieve. Close
leaders as they are setting high standards not just for themselves but for the
followers as well.
Leaders try to get the followers to follow a pattern for the development and
realization of shared views, and the sensitive issue of stakeholders is very
important.
Success in the future is not as for a war or sport like behavior, but the focus
should be on the taks and how to multi-task.
