Arun Chopra: 38+ years of rich
experience in the hospitality
and Food & Beverage sector.
He was formerly CEO of JS
Hospitality, brand owners of the
well known Pind Balluchi Group
of Restaurants.
Arun started his career in the kitchens of the Taj
Hotel, and rose to become the Executive Chef
in quick time of 11 years. He worked with the
Taj group for a total of 28 years before moving
into a managerial role as Chief Operating
Officer for premium brands like Copper
Chimney, Spaghetti Kitchen, Coffee Bean and
Tea Leaf, Bombay Blue, Noodle Bar, Gelato
Italiano and Food courts.
He has worked on investment banking and advisory
mandates with 100+ Indian and global corporations
and large PE funds. Prior to founding Four-S, he was
Head of Investor Relations and a key member of
M&A and Fund raising teams of HCL Technologies.
Satyendra has also worked with ICRA (Moody’s
Indian Associate) for rating debt programs of
companies and was an Equity Analyst at Economic
Times. He holds degrees in Economics and Business
Management.
