7. Conformity assessment forms
To assess the conformity of equipment, components, materials and semi-finished products the following forms of
conformity assessment should be applied: state control (supervision), testing, acceptance, confirmation of
compliance
It is allowed to apply not all forms of conformity assessment for specific equipment, components,
materials and semi-finished products, if it is possible to use a smaller number of forms of
conformity assessment

Manufacturers who are willing to take part in the equipment procurement process
shall obtain approval from the NDK. In order to obtain the approval, manufacturers
shall apply to the Authority with a petition that includes the document set
Application is assessed in 30 working days with regard to adequacy of the
manufacturer to carry out the activity for which application has been made
considering the information in the application documents. If necessary, this period
may be extended by the Authority

The Manufacturer will develop the quality assurance program and all necessary
documented procedures in accordance with the quality management to the contract
Quality Plans will be developed and approved by the Manufacturer

and approval within 3 months from the date of the signing in accordance with the
quality management to the contract

Quality Plans will be agreed with the Authorized organization, the Supplier and the
Customer. The Service Provider shall approve the Quality Plans by the approval letter
without marks in the relevant Quality Plan
Quality Plans shall be submitted to AKKUYU NÜKLEER ANONİM ŞİRKETİ for the
approval not later than 3 months prior to the particular equipment manufacture

Supervision plan development

Supervision plan will be developed in 3 days by the NDK
It will include the list of inspectors tasks for certain quality plan
