custom programming exclusivelymade for or byyour company, to anypersonor entitywho are incompetitionor engagedwiththe same line of
business as your company.
Furthermore, New DimensionM&R shall keepconfidential anyinformation it mayacquire byvirtue ofthis agreement about the client, its systems,
processes, trade secrets, stockholders, directors and officers and shall not reveal the same to anypersonexcept as necessaryinthe performance of
its obligations hereunder.
