Team Codes
Prior to theactivity:
 Arrange the playarea of each
group.Thisshouldnotbe seenby
the participants.
 Assignordesignate atleasttwo
people ineachgroupwhowill
functionassafetymarshalsto
make sure that no one getshurt
duringthe activity.
Instructions:
 Form 4 mixedgroups
 Designate afacilitatortoeach
groupto observe andenforce the
rules
 Explainthatthe objective of the
game is to have the highest
numberof points.
 Each group selectsaleader.
 The Lead Facilitatormeetswith
the group leadersseparatelyfor
detailedinstructionsand
distributesthe Instruction and
ActionSheets(AnnexesA andB)
 The leadersreturnto their
respective groupstoexplainthe
mechanicsof the game.
 Each group isgiven15 minutesto
planand practice.

2.  The group leadersmake sure that
all theirmembersare blindfolded
properly.
 Theyleadtheirmemberstotheir
designatedplayareas
 The Lead Facilitatorsignalsthe
start of the activityandreminds
the groupsthat theyonlyhave 20
minutes.
 If there are violations,facilitators
ineach groupannouncesthe
violationandconfiscatesaball.
 For everyviolation,the
designatedgroupfacilitator
confiscatesaball and placesitina
separate basket.
 After10 minutesorso,facilitators
ineach groupfacilitatorquietly
tellsthe groupleaderthats/he is
no longerthe leaderand
blindfoldshim/her.
 The group facilitatorquietly
choosesa member,removes
his/herblindfold,andwhispers
that s/he isnowthe newgroup
leader.
 The group facilitatorgivesthe new
leaderthe NewTeamCodesSheet
(Annex C) andexplainsthatfrom
that momenton,onlythe new
teamcodescan be used.All the
otherconditionsapply.
 After20 minutes,the Lead
Facilitatorannounces thatthe

confiscatedballs.
