Arnold Helbert was employed with Process Products Limited from 1997 through 2004 as the Purchasing, Operations
and Large Projects Manager. Process Products is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial products, including
industrial and special fastener and engineered products, to a wide range of customers in various industrial areas
including electronics, petrochemical, power generation, automotive, aerospace, rail, telecommunication etc. The
company needed the services of a Purchasing Manager to handle and resolve new and complex procurement issues
related to the company’s expanding and diverse product lines.
Arnold brought to the company both previous work experience in procurement in the manufacturing sector, and
exposure to quality management systems. His ability to ensure that all customer requirements were always
addressed in purchase orders, select capable suppliers, and effectively manage the procurement process enabled him
to make immediate, much needed and vital contributions in support of the company’s sales, purchasing, operations,
and quality assurance efforts.
In his relationships with others, including those in quality assurance, Arnold brought to bear a sound work ethic that
could be recognized in his professional approach to work and in his cooperative, helpful, and pleasant attitude with
co-workers, suppliers and customers. All personnel who worked with Arnold benefitted from his sound grasp and
application of procurement principles and attention to detail, whether attending to the company’s purchasing
business, or interacting with the company’s employees, suppliers and customers on order-related issues.
