2. Select potatoes
perfect for mashing
then place your
potatoes into a large
saucepan and cover
them with cold water.
3. Wait until the water is
boiled then turn it
down to a simmer for
around 20 minutes
4. You can tell when
potatoes are ready
because you should be
able to poke a fork or
knife into it the potato
and it drops off easily.
5. Now you need to drain
all the water from the
potatoes and start
mashing and mixing
them together using a
hand held mixer.
6. This is where you can add your own
ingredients to give it a more
flavoured taste. You can add a little
salt and even pepper. Keep mixing
before adding your milk to make it
smooth.
7. Now all you need to do is
place it onto your service
plate/bowl and enjoy!
