● Responsible for the new ZTE network KPI and SLA as per the scope. The measure responsibilities are following –
● Monitoring of the 3G network KPI (1000 BTS, 630 Node B, 3RNC,2 MSC, 8 BSC and monitoring server with the all infra
elements)
● Resolution of all technical Customer complaint and provide RCA for the same.
● Manage the all equipment spares and R&R of the same as per the scope.
● Resource management, cost control and risk analysis.
● Third party vendor billing & quality evaluation.
● Analysis of all the transmission & utility alarms and escalate the same to customer with required proofs ,details and
continuous follow up with the customer for the improvement of Network availability.

Revenue and filed operation monitoring and control .
