This document provides an overview and summary of a policy paper project. It contains four sections that discuss the relevance, results, recommendations, and resources of the project. The paper was created through analyzing over 1.3 GB of research results and compiling various sources. It has been translated into 12 languages so far. The document outlines national and Brussels conferences to disseminate the paper, with over 1,100 anticipated participants. While this marks the beginning of sharing the results, more in-depth analysis and follow up work is planned in subsequent years through potential new projects.

• This is not the end, just the beginning…
• Not a project, but an enterprise / a journey – probably the gravest
challenge in the lives of most of us…
• Another several hundred (several thousand?) pages of the results
to come in the next 2-3 years…
• A new project? Probably lead by Bergen…
• Long term follow up
• Devising new tools to measure competences – used in other fields
as well
• More qualitative and quantitative researches…
16. So long, and thanks for all the fish!
• See you in 2012!
