Methods of Heat Transfer:
There are three primary methods of transferring heat.
โ€ข Conduction- Heat is transferred from one object to
another through Physical contact.
โ€ข Convection- Heat is transferred from the source to
food through some type of medium.
โ€ข Radiation- Heat is transferred to food through
waves of heat or energy.
