Gained upper- level manager status as a Diplomatic Healthcare Specialist. Essential in the
setting up of the first active duty US ARMY Battalion of diplomatic specialty at Fort Stewart,

Manager and CHCS trainer for a medical clinic serving 1000+ service members and their
families. Processed and retired 15 medical records of service members who died during the
Iraqi War.
Records of the deceased were screened and prepared for archiving in St. Louis, MO
Supervised two individuals who screened medical records of the wounded returning from
the Iraqi War to determine priorities of treatment
♦ Records were sent to receiving stateside hospital of the wounded in order to prevent a
lapse in care
♦ This unprecedented procedure of ‘battle injury to stateside care’ ensured that all
required treatments were conducted and had recovery rates of 90-95% for the injuries
sustained
Supervised a field clinic in Baghdad, Iraq with 36 personnel that ran 24/7 operations, treated
over 245 trauma patients and 540 non trauma patients resulting in zero in house casualties.
The Riva Ridge Clinic was the second busiest trauma center in Iraq, only surpassed by the
Combat Field hospital
Switched the clinic from paper to the Medical Combat Communications Casualty Care,
MC4, the medical system currently used by the USARMY in medical combat operations
♦ As a result, the Riva Ridge Clinic had the most up to date electronic medical records
systems which connected directly to Landsthul, Germany
♦ The medical records of service members, DoD civilians and contractors were directly
uploaded to the Landsthul mainframe and stored
