What do to first
Make sure you have a way to measure success. At minimum your
analytic tools should include:
 Google analytics on your website
 Facebook Pixel on your website
 Use bit’ly to track link clicks
Establish your goals (for example):
 Increase following
 Drive traffic to your website
 Drive traffic to events
 Increase donation
 Increase awareness
Establish your measure of success:
 Following increased
 Engagement to posts increased
 Clicks on links to website increased
 Donations increased
 Registration for event/event attendance increased

Next Steps
Identify the top performing posts
 Do they align with your marketing goals?
 Do they link to your website?
 Use bit’ly to track link clicks to your website
 Make sure there is some call to action especially if they have a lot of
likes. Engagement (i.e. likes) are not meaningful unless they
accomplish one of your goals:
1. Link to your website
2. Donate
3. Register for an event

All text should be in the actual post – not the image. Then you can create a boost
post and link back to your Constant Contact registration page. If you continue to
post about this there can be other posts about who sponsors the events.
