3. Where To Start?
Check your child’s Body Mass Index (BMI). BMI
calculates an individuals body fat based on the
height and weight of that individual.
4. What Can You Do?
Eat healthy and exercise regularly as a family.
Involve kids while cooking healthy food.
Take them grocery shopping to instil better food
choices.
Encourage them to eat when hungry and stop
when full.
Encourage physical activities and cut down on
TV & computer time.
