2. About us
• Our distillery is located on the shores of two seas, flooded with fragrances of
salt, orange and lemon trees that envelop us and make us wake up our senses.
• After several years and with our master distiller with more than 22 years of
experience we have managed to macerate and distill to get combined drinks of
perfect balance of soft flavor and an attractive aroma. Our selection of excellent
raw materials from different exotic places, like India and Malaysia but also from
European origin like the Burgundy region (France), from the cold and wet forests
of Northern Europe to the warm Mediterranean fields make them Pure mixed
drinks, with body, clean and magnificent.
• Our cereal alcohols are distilled (up to five times) in traditional stills handmade
by masters with generations of experience, achieving the exclusivity of a drink
impossible to imitate.
• Briz only has a secret in its quality: the patience and care we dedicate in each
step of his craft.

3. TASTING NOTES CLASSIC DRY LONDON GIN
SPECIAL EDITION
At sight: Clear, bright.
On the Nose:
Of medium intensity, its aromas are very delicate to fresh citrus, juniper, flower
petals and cucumber. With water it opens sublime.
On the palate :
It is a powerful gin in the mouth. At the aromatic level, it contains the aromas of
juniper and other basic botanicals of a good gin, with a perfect balance between
citrus and the floral aromas of orange blossom.
Serving suggestion:
Serve cold in a wide-mouth glass, lemon peel, drops of lemon and pink pepper .
With rocks of ice. Decorate with whtie petals.

4. TASTING NOTES STRAWBERRY GIN
SPECIAL EDITION
At sight: Crystal rose.
On the Nose: The differentiating character of this gin is to maintain the balance of
the strawberries, even the smell of blueberries, raspberries and citrus. Balancing
botanicals makes the aromas of an impossible-to-imitate spirit appear with
unparalleled characteristics.
On the palate : It opens lightly with notes of a soft and pleasant background that
slightly contains the primary aromas of the juniper combined with strawberries and
raspberries, elegant, full mouth and palate of the sweet flavor of strawberries for its
strong aromatic load, causing an aftertaste that remains long.
Serving suggestion:
Serve cold in a wide-mouth glass, strawberry slices, pink pepper and cinnamon
sticks. With rocks of ice. Decorate with rose petals.

5. TASTING NOTES CITRIC GIN
SPECIAL EDITION
At sight: Soft light yellow.
On the nose: After the strong aspiration it appears the spicy, sweet, and citrus
aromas will be noticed with a predominance of citrus as the most characteristic of
our Gin.
On the palate: At the aromatic level, it opens lightly with notes of fresh citrus, and
orange blossom: angelica root and iris, with subtle notes of lime and lemon and a
soft, pleasant background which slightly contains the primary aromas of juniper.
Serving suggestion:
Serve cold in a wide-mouth glass, a lemon twist, a few lime drops and a half
grapefruit slice. With rocks of ice. Decorate with blue pansy petals.

6. TASTING NOTES WILD BERRY GIN
SPECIAL EDITION
At sight: Intense purple.
On the nose: Characteristic (juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom) and berries
(blueberries, cassis, wild berries, raspberries and blackberries). The distinguishing
feature of this cocktail is to maintain the balance of the wild berries, including some
excessive berry background which could mask the primary aromas. However its
balance among botanicals raises these aromas to its full extension.
On the palate: At an aromatic level it has a powerful start, lightly opened with notes
of a soft and pleasant background that contains slightly the primary aromas of
juniper and berries, elegant, it fills the whole mouth and palate with red fruits flavor
from its strong aromatic charge.
Serving suggestion:
Serve cold either in a wine glass or a wide-mouth tall glass with cubeba pepper,
Cassia and blueberries. With rocks of ice. Garnish with red cherries.
