 I Led the planning, implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality systems and food security through internal 
audits, root cause analysis, training aimed at solving problems and deviations, resulting in the recognition of our systems to 
the degree of excellence at international for four consecutive years. 
 I  developed  and  implemented  a  strategic  plan  to  bring  the  level  of  quality  systems  /  Safety  at  the  highest  performance 
through strategies of staff development, the integration of documented systems (Quality, Safety, KPI's and Food Defense), 
with  close  communication  with  customers  and  suppliers,  resulting  in  the  foundation  of  quality  as  a  culture  and  lifestyle, 
achieving corporate recognition as the best plants for Business Continuity Program, obtaining the highest quality performance 
of the operation during the last 4 years, ensuring 100% of operation continuity for local production while generating savings 
of over 200 MUSD in two years of productivity programs. 
 I planned, developed and Implemented people/team development programs for implementation of methodologies focused 
to eradicate deviations related to quality and food safety, by creating training sessions based on the fundamental principles of 
andragogy and by generate synergies between food safety team (PRISMA) with each of the areas of operation, resulting in the 
formation of high performance teams, obtaining levels of excellence (over 900 points) in international audits, delivering the 
highest  levels  low  on  complaints  from  customers  (zero  in  two  consecutive  years)  and  20%  reduction  of  non‐value  added 
activities in the areas of Production and Logistics 
 I led the innovation program and launch of new products to support all speed to market initiatives generated by 
the Business Unit in Mexico, through the coordination of the different functions of the supply chain, the feasibility 
analysis,  negotiation  with  product  Developers  and  suppliers  of  raw  materials  as  well  as  the  concatenation  of 
options to shape the final proposal for a new product, I successfully coordinated over 140 new products in the last 
6 years with 100% accuracy at the time of launch, with coverage of 100% on the needs of the project and having 
the fastest response levels which contributed to be recognized by the corporation as the operation with the best 
response time in 2011

 I  implement  productivity  projects  with  production  areas,  Suppliers  of  Commodities  and  product  Developers,  through  the 
creation  and  implementation  of  initiatives  related  to  equipment  sanitation,  water  treatment  system,  substitution  of  raw 
materials and packaging materials optimization, resulting in savings of 200 MUSD and a reduction of 20% of the time for 
equipment sanitation keeping strict compliance with safety standards, also Generating savings of 250 MUSD by Commodity 
substitution and the reduction of 5% by weight of the plastic jugs for liquid packaging. 
 I  led  strict  adherence  to  national  and  international  legal  requirements  related  to  Transportation  of  Hazardous  Materials 
(HAZMAT), through Management and sponsored programs to ensure accomplishments with operators, custom brokers and 
clients, resulting in zero deviations related to this requirements  from 2006

Responsible  for  quality  assurance  through  direct  supervision  of  operational  and  administrative  areas  as  well  as  through  the 
implementation of internal audits; Also responsible for maintaining the documented system and the implementation of supplier audits 
 I  Implement  methodologies  for  auditing  and  self‐reviews,  through  effective  communication  and  team  coordination  to 
maintain certifiable the documented quality system, also I implemented and standardized methods to perform supplier audits 
by creation and led implementation of templates and check list, providing more accurate and specific information to support  
making decision based on data, as well as these templates were considered as the model for the current approval process of 
packaging suppliers

Responsible for implementation of Quality Systems based on the international standards ISO 9002, ISO 14001,  
 I  implemented,  certified  and  concatenate  in  an    integrated  system,  quality  (ISO  9002),  Environmental  (ISO  14001)  and 
Occupational Health and Safety (STPS), certifications were performed in record time that still stand with the certification body 
10 months to ISO 9002, 4 months for ISO 14001 and second place in the certification with STPS

Responsible of implementation and validation of new methodologies for quality control applied to nutritional products, according 
pharmaceutical standards  
 I Implemented and validated corporate methodologies to perform quality control of a new line of dietary supplements aimed 
at babies, toddlers and elderly people, by the proper application of analytical methods in microbiology, as well as accurate 
and timely execution controls for monitoring the sterile conditions of work areas and operations, resulting in the complete 
standardization process of new methodologies in just three months.

Responsible of the correct execution of clinical analysis in areas of urgencies y blood bank 
 I performed analytical processes related to emergency department and blood bank in the General Hospital and in  Gynecology 
and  Obstetrics  Hospital  at  Medical  Center  La  Raza‐IMSS,  always  providing  timely  and  a  quick  response  to  help  rescue  of 
patients, stabilization of infants and restoring the health of right holders of these hospitals
