andragogy and by generate synergies between food safety team (PRISMA) with each of the areas of operation, resulting in the
formation of high performance teams, obtaining levels of excellence (over 900 points) in international audits, delivering the
highest levels low on complaints from customers (zero in two consecutive years) and 20% reduction of non‐value added
activities in the areas of Production and Logistics
I led the innovation program and launch of new products to support all speed to market initiatives generated by
the Business Unit in Mexico, through the coordination of the different functions of the supply chain, the feasibility
analysis, negotiation with product Developers and suppliers of raw materials as well as the concatenation of
options to shape the final proposal for a new product, I successfully coordinated over 140 new products in the last
6 years with 100% accuracy at the time of launch, with coverage of 100% on the needs of the project and having
the fastest response levels which contributed to be recognized by the corporation as the operation with the best
response time in 2011

I implement productivity projects with production areas, Suppliers of Commodities and product Developers, through the
creation and implementation of initiatives related to equipment sanitation, water treatment system, substitution of raw
materials and packaging materials optimization, resulting in savings of 200 MUSD and a reduction of 20% of the time for
equipment sanitation keeping strict compliance with safety standards, also Generating savings of 250 MUSD by Commodity
substitution and the reduction of 5% by weight of the plastic jugs for liquid packaging.
I led strict adherence to national and international legal requirements related to Transportation of Hazardous Materials
(HAZMAT), through Management and sponsored programs to ensure accomplishments with operators, custom brokers and
clients, resulting in zero deviations related to this requirements from 2006
