From these results, we
decided to research more into
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
and Friday The 13th to have a
wider understanding of why
these were the most popular.
We thought it was due to the
amount of fear triggered by
the antagonist as they have
some of the most gruesome
killings due to their dominant
frame.

3. Question 2; What Kind Of Slashers Do You Like?

By including lots of gore in our
narrative we believe would have a
more effective response on our
audience. However, we did not want
to give too much away in our trailer.
We will include lots of action through
the use of shot reverse shot scenes of
characters running from their killer.
Montage scenes will also increase the
intensity of the action which our target
audience enjoy watching.

4. Question 3; Which character would you prefer on the
front cover of a Horror Magazine?

We was surprised by this response as
we thought the antagonist would
intrigue audience members to buy the
magazine. Although the victim had the
most favoured response, we will be
featuring our killer on our magazine as
we believe we can change the
audience’s views and make them see
magazines can be just as effective
including the killer on the cover.

These results were expected
from the results, we will be
using an axe in our narrative as
we believe it will cause brutal
and savage deaths. We were
further encouraged by the axe
