22. Case Report
• M/29yo complain drop wrist joint and unable to lift his left thumb since 2
years before admitted.
• Complained with paresthesia on his left lateral arm.
• History, injured after fell down and fracture on his left humeral 2 years ago.
• Already done surgery for implant fixation by Orthopaedic surgeon on Nov
2015, and motoric – sensoric impairment unimproved.
23. Clinical Examination
• Look : scar post operative on left
arm, without deformity and atrofi
both fingers - arm muscle.
• Feel : No pain on the scar post
operative, paraesthesia left lateral
arm, pulsation a. radialis and
ulnaris good palpable, CRT < 2
sec on fingers.
• Move : Left wrist drop, unable to
abduction left thumb and
abduction fingers.
