   • How much content are you trying to cover?
   • Allow time for people to get used to the technology

   • Review key points regularly

   • Refocus - use interaction to engage attention
   • Add some energisers - how frequently?
   • Create a run sheet - like a lesson plan
   • Double check your timings
   • Follow-up actions
   • PS. Don’t expect people to read directions ;-)
