Hello,
I am happy to give a positive reference for Anna Zhucova.
Trying to imagine what you would want to know, I will share a few things. My contact with Anna
started when she reached out to me, wanting to learn more about Nonviolent Communication
(which I am certified to teach). I take that as a sign of her initiative in following through on her goals
and her desire to keep learning useful skills. When a colleague and I wanted to apply for an
opportunity to teach for a large group, requiring a lengthy RFP application, Anna agreed to help us
with her administrative and technological skills and experience. With very short notice, she ably
stepped in, assisting with suggestions of how to word things, formatting and editing, offering
budgeting suggestions, researching, and more. She proved herself to be very committed (even to the
extent of working very late at night), detail-oriented, and flexible throughout the process. I also
perceived that she works hard to create clarity, in the interest of increasing the success of the
projects and relationships she is engaged in. Furthermore, I heard her make comments related to
seeing everything as a learning opportunity and focusing on gratitude, which I interpret as evidence
of emotional intelligence and a positive attitude.
I believe her skills with regard to teamwork and communication would be an asset wherever she
works.
