● Data + AI was a key theme for the conference
● New Einstein 1 platform announced as the new trusted
AI platform with Marketing and Commerce Cloud as part of
core.
○ E1 platform has an integrated and shared metadata
framework consisting of CRM apps, Data Cloud and
Einstein capability.
● Einstein Copilot - the new conversational AI assistant to
help in flow of work on side panel. “Now everyone is an
Einstein”
● Copilot Studio to implement GenAI using 3 components;
prompt builder (build/test/generate prompts), skills builder
(custom AI actions), and model builder (select LLM incl
non SF model)
● Free Data Cloud licences - 10k free licences!!

● A lot of new language introduced in the age of AI;
LLMs, RAGs (retrieval augmented generation),
prompt engineering, and some with new
contextual meaning; toxicity, and hallucinations…
● How do we ensure our engineering teams are
skilled and ready to support the wave of AI
changes
● Data Cloud will become a powerful tool for us but
it’ll only be as good as the state of our data, else
it’s GIGO - garbage in, garbage out!
