The ‘Maths Girl Sky Train Ride in Bangkok’ activity, based on ‘Maths Girl Metro Ride’ (2016), was originally designed, written and delivered by Dr Anna Fraszczyk in August 2017. So far the activity was delivered multiple times in primary schools in the UK (Newcastle, London, Cardiff), Poland (Warsaw) and Thailand (Bangkok). The activity is suitable to 7-12 year old students. In addition to the slides, students work on hands-on tasks (e.g. draw a clock or 3D metro sign, calculate ticket price or timetable, discuss different types of metro trains).
