It is with great pleasure that I recommend Annie Stender. Annie worked under me for a
year as an Area Sales Manager for Deli Express.
Annie is a very dependable, goal oriented, hardworking employee who will walk through
hot coals with a little positive reinforcement for her efforts. She can always be counted on
to figure out a way to complete any assigned task. Annie is not afraid to get her hands
dirty and lead by example.
Annie has strong PC skills, excellent math and analytical skills. She is very intelligent
and is capable of difficult tasks such as quickly understanding internal P&L reports and
how they affect her overall performance. She is not afraid to admit a mistake and
understands the importance of communicating errors so good business decisions can be
made moving forward.
Annie is very customer oriented and will work long hours to ensure that the customer’s
objectives are completed. She possesses very strong negotiation skills and moves a sale to
the maximum profitability without falling off the edge with a contract denial. Annie is
good at working in a Buy Cycle format where she focuses on where the customer is in the
purchasing process and not where we are pressured to be (i.e.: Budget).
Based on the character and skills I have listed above I would recommend Annie as a great
candidate for a challenging position where getting goals completed properly and
consistently is key.
