Working at a reputable classical music non-profit in Boston, MA; alongside administrative duties,
was responsible for organizing digital archives, light HTML coding for website maintenance,
marketing research for upcoming events, and learning to use Patron Manager to organize
members.

Customer Service Representative
Aided customers via web (web chat and email), and inbound inquiry calls and sales calls.
Managed customers’ rental instrument accounts via a digital intranet database. Worked
alongside multiple departments to ensure quality and complete service for the customer.

Battered Women’s Shelter Volunteer
Part of a team of college volunteers aiding women who have suffered abuse. This was a two-part
course: the first was to extensively research and learn about the problem and the effective
solutions that best serve the women, the second part was community service, where we did
everything from help at a soup kitchen to actually traveling to a battered women’s shelter and
aiding there by entertaining the children and providing much needed care and maintenance for
the shelter.
