services outlined within this proposal is based on your requirements for the hiring of a Project/Major
Projects Director.
Archirodon are a leading EPC who specialise within Energy, Marine, Dredging & Infrastructure projects across
the MENA and CIS regions. It is our understanding that Archirodon is looking to partner with a staffing firm to
support your requirement to attract a highly experience Project Director to oversee multiple infrastructure
projects

6. PRICING//
NES has built our pricing model in line with our Value Proposition, essential to delivering
specialized and robust solutions.
The below pricing model is based on calendar year basis:
DESCRIPTION FEE
Service Fee 27% of salary
1st Instalment 1/3 of estimated fee prior to initiation of search
2nd Instalment 1/3 of estimated fee upon successful shortlist of candidates
Final Instalment Remainder of fee based on successful candidate’s salary
PAYMENT TERMS
NES proposes payment terms 7-days from receipt of invoice.
COMMITMENT
You will retain NES Fircroft on an exclusive basis to provide the DefiNESearch Services for maximum
commitment. The parties hereto have accepted and executed this engagement specification which is strictly
subject to the Terms of Business, Commitment fees will be credited towards final placement fees.
