Workforce Development Specialist | Project Coordinator 
 Workforce Development: Works with the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) using digital/e‐mail 
marketing and communication strategy to facilitate the recruitment of a minimum of ten subject 
matter experts (SMEs) for vocational education test‐writing workshops, averaging 15 workshops per 
project. Facilitates the recruitment of additional workshops through e‐mail communication strategies. 
Maintains and grows active database of subject matter experts for all career fields, pathways, and 
courses. Communicates and represents CETE to the SMEs as the first point of contact to build rapport 
and encourage participation in workshops. Conducts customer satisfaction surveys through the life‐
cycle of a workshop to improve the process. Reviews and aggregates attendance data. Reports on life‐
cycle to ODE and CETE to implement improvements.

Conducted QA/QC for data correction or errors on e‐commerce platform. Facilitates the increasing use 
of the database for print publication and e‐commerce data. Worked inter‐departmentally to coordinate 
correction of inbound/outbound processes of data. Product description review, metadata creation, 
additional copy data integration. Search and advanced search research. 
 Social Media Strategist: Managed, designed and implemented the development of social media 
campaigns across multiple platforms. Increases audience engagement and reach on social media. 
Utilized metrics and analytics to track progress to improve campaign strategies. Developed strategy for
