Workforce Development: Works with the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) using digital/e‐mail
marketing and communication strategy to facilitate the recruitment of a minimum of ten subject
matter experts (SMEs) for vocational education test‐writing workshops, averaging 15 workshops per
project. Facilitates the recruitment of additional workshops through e‐mail communication strategies.
Maintains and grows active database of subject matter experts for all career fields, pathways, and
courses. Communicates and represents CETE to the SMEs as the first point of contact to build rapport
and encourage participation in workshops. Conducts customer satisfaction surveys through the life‐
