visitors to enter Sohar Industrial Port.

Collecting (DLAA) Daily labour attendance & allocation sheet from the respective
in-charges and based on that generating the man power reports and submit to
planning department and monthly basis to HSE dept for their records.
Welfare activities for all employees (like lunch/drinking water & medical etc.)
Preparing is joining reports for the new joiner’s staffs / workmen reporting to site &
release letters for staffs / workmen released from site as well as maintaining proper
records for all employees those who are on annual / emergency leave.
Proper maintaining time sheets & accurately inputting time & attendance data into
the system.
Ensuring that all entries for overtime are approved & certified prior to their entry in
the time sheet.
Monthly time sheets sending to salary section dept. (HO) for all employees.
To get the approved leave application copy from HO for getting signature of the
respective employee in the leave sanction intimation section & resend the same to
HO and follow the flight status of workmen.
Coordinating with H R & A/Cs dept. for various queries relating to staffs &
workmen for leave due dates, leave approvals etc.
Coordinate with camp boss to maintain the proper records for workmen occupancy
while arrival & departure.
Raising debit note on monthly basis.
Petty cash handling at site with the coordination of Accounts In charge.
Special trips arranging to Muscat for all staffs / Workmen going out of site for annual
leaves / medical for visa /renewal and other officially work etc.
Maintaining good, cordial relationship with expiatory and national staffs / workmen
as well as client.
Co-ordinate with HSE dept related to admin / site issues and arrangements.
